Noelle, now Ch. Kindred’s Highgate Noelle at Brocade, was Best of Winners at the Portland Cluster Jan 19, 2012 to finish in grand style. She was handled to this win by Margie Sullivan. The judge was Judy Webb with a beautiful entry of 15 bitches, 8 in the open class. These shows are held in conjunction with the first Eukanuba show of the year so the competition is always strong and a win there valued. She had won the day before at the Columbia Poodle Club Specialty but we don’t have that pic yet. Noelle was a crowd pleaser and we are all excited to have done such great winning.
It didn’t matter who handled her, she was always appreciated by the judges. Shelly Slater started her off with her first win from the puppy class under Ann Kennedy, a noted judge and very successful poodle breeder. Then Candy Hume took over winning 6 of her 8 shows in the open class including 2 specialty wins and her first major. Margie Sullivan stepped in with two for two wins from the open class, both 4 pt majors including the CPC Specialty win.
